Apartment "Bergspitz"

The apartment has an living space of about 120 m² (ground floor).

This beautiful, very well equipped apartment has 2 sleeping , 1 living room with an fireplace and with a large terrace / garden and 2 bathrooms with bathtub or shower and 1 separate toilet . Further there is a kitchen with all modern conveniences , dishwasher and complete equipment. The bathrooms have underfloor heating.

Max. bookable for 6 persons.

  • 2 bedrooms with double beds, spacious wardrobes, hairdryer, SAT-TV, partially paneled in wood in the alpine style desks in both bedrooms
  • In one of the bedrooms and in the living room is also cupboard bed
  • 2 bathrooms, one with a window and bath/shower combo, double wash basin and the second bathroom with shower, separate WC with window
  • Bright, sunny living room overlooking the garden, with fireplace (incl. 1 basket of firewood), chair, flat screen SAT-TV + DVD, iPod-compatible stereo system as well as internet access and wireless network
  • Open, white high-gloss kitchen with dark countertop, equipped with modern appliances such as dishwasher, glass-ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, electric mixer and all of the usual kitchen and cooking utensils
  • Large dining area overlooking the garden, with 6 Lambert chairs
  • Natural wood floors in all of the rooms
  • The entire interior was decorated in alpine style and is bright and friendly. You will feel at home here.

  • A barbeque area in the garden for shared use in the summer
